We are presently seeking an experience and motivated individual to aid our East Patchogue showroom. The successful candidate must pride themselves on customer relations and the ability to serve our clients through dependable service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to participate effectively as a team member within the organization.
• Identify, target and maintain new leads that contact us via phone, email or as a showroom walk-in
• Maintain knowledge of current product lines
• Ability to process and fulfill orders accurately
• Keen sense of problem solving skills should they arise.

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude that exemplifies the spirit of our family owned business.
• 2 years of related work experience in customer service and/or online sales
• Intermediate computer operating knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills.
