Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped at different rates. Generally items such as Hardware, Cabinet Organizers, Faucets and Sinks, will ship via UPS or Fed Ex Ground in a few business days.

Shipments that are refused or re-routed and are returned to the shipping address will incur costs to you.  Fees : Return shipping and associated fees with rerouting, refusing, or otherwise changing the delivery address from an original order will be deducted from your refund.

An items Shipping cost is calculated by third party software using UPS or FedEx.  Cost of shipping can be seen at checkout. 

Regarding items that are available for pickup at our showroom location:  Only a few items are available for pick up. Pick up can be done during regular business hours only.  Please contact us with any questions.
