A Direct Cabinet Distributor Corporation is a family owned and operated wholesale kitchen & bath design and supply company serving Long Island since 1996. We are driven to supply builders, contractors, interior designers and other industry professionals with the unrivaled level of customer service they expect and deserve.

We are presently seeking an experience and motivated individual to aid our East Patchogue showroom and the design/sales team. The successful candidate must pride themselves on customer relations and the ability to support the designers through dependable service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to participate effectively as a team member within the organization.
• Identify, target and maintain new leads that contact us via phone, email or as a showroom walk-in
• Create and grow a positive reputation of A Direct Cabinets
• Maintain knowledge of current renovation processes and be able to communicate delivery commitments
• Satisfy time sensitive demands via proper action

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude that exemplifies the spirit of our family owned business.
• 2-4 years of related work experience in customer service
• Intermediate computer operating knowledge. (Proficiency in Quickbooks a plus).
• Exceptional communication skills.
