Wholesale Cabinet Sales Representative

We are actively seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and making connections on job sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and industry professionals.
• Actively generate new leads through job site visits, networking, and referrals.
• Provide expert guidance on cabinetry, design options, and the renovation process.
• Collaborate with our design team to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Measure job sites accurately and ensure precise ordering of cabinetry and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in kitchen and bath cabinetry or a related industry.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and on the road.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen design, and the remodeling process.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in 20/20 design software and QuickBooks is a plus.
